About Me

Hi, I'm Rhys

I wasn't always into fitness. In school, I struggled with sports and lacked confidence in my abilities. As a skinny kid, I wanted to feel stronger and more self-assured. Discovering the gym changed everything! It became a place where I could challenge myself and see real progress. Eventually, I found my passion in calisthenics, which added a whole new dimension to my training and helped me build both strength and control.

Now, as a personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping others start their fitness journeys. I specialize in guiding beginners, creating tailored workout plans, and showing how the right approach can transform your body and mindset.

I started working with Rhys when I first signed up

to the gym because I had no idea what I was

doing and knew that without support and guidance

I wouldn't consistently go. Since working with Rhys

I've quickly learnt the fundamentals,

created clear goals together and most

importantly been going to the gym consistently 

 

He's friendly, easy to talk to and creates a comfortable

atmosphere but also knows how to push you.

He also makes sure your form is spot-on throughout,

which really helped me feel confident doing exercises

on my own. Each session feels productive, encouraging

and leaves you with a real senseof achievement.

 

Working with Rhys has been one of the

best decisions I made for my fitness and

I can't recommend him enough.
