About Me
Hi, I'm Rhys
I wasn't always into fitness. In school, I struggled with sports and lacked confidence in my abilities. As a skinny kid, I wanted to feel stronger and more self-assured. Discovering the gym changed everything! It became a place where I could challenge myself and see real progress. Eventually, I found my passion in calisthenics, which added a whole new dimension to my training and helped me build both strength and control.
Now, as a personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping others start their fitness journeys. I specialize in guiding beginners, creating tailored workout plans, and showing how the right approach can transform your body and mindset.
