Refund Policies
Refund Policy for Personal Training Services
Refunds are available only for in-person personal training sessions and under the following condition:
Clients must provide more than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time in order to be eligible for a refund or session credit.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or clients who do not attend their scheduled session (“no-shows”), are not eligible for a refund and the full session fee will be charged.

General Terms
All refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
By purchasing or booking personal training services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
Refund Policy for Running Coaching Services
Refund eligibility for running coaching services depends on the type of coaching selected.

In-Person or Hybrid Running Coaching
Clients receiving any in-person running sessions are eligible for refunds only when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-shows”), are not eligible for a refund, and the full session fee for that running session will be charged.

Online-Only Running Coaching
Clients who have enrolled in online-only running coaching are not eligible for refunds for any portion of the monthly fee once payment has been processed.
However, clients will continue to receive full access to all included coaching services until the end of the billing period they have already paid for.

Refund Policy for Online Coaching Services
Clients enrolled in online coaching are not eligible for refunds for any portion of their monthly fee once payment has been processed.
However, clients will retain full access to all included online coaching services until the end of the billing period they have already paid for. No credits, partial refunds, or carryovers will be issued for unused time or services.

All payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable once processed.
